Our buses depart from Csíkszereda to Marosvásárhely Airport, connecting with Budapest–Marosvásárhely and Marosvásárhely–Budapest flights. Along the way, we make stops at several towns, including Szentegyháza, Székelyudvarhely, Szováta, and Erdőszentgyörgy.

The easiest and fastest way is to book online. Alternatively, you can book by phone up to 2 weeks before departure. When booking by phone, you will need to pay for the ticket on the bus during boarding, and your receipt will serve as your ticket. Please note that you can only purchase tickets at the normal price from the bus driver.

We do not offer refunds, but you can modify the date of your reserved ticket for a fee if you notify us at least 2 weeks before the departure date.

Our pricing model is similar to low-cost airlines. This means that ticket prices can change dynamically, and earlier bookings are often available at lower prices.

Yes, we provide a 50% discount on tickets for children.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for groups of 8 or more people. Please inform us of your group booking intention via phone/WhatsApp or email.

Yes, seat reservations are available from 9.9 RON, allowing you to secure your preferred seat. If you’re traveling with someone, we guarantee you can sit together. If you haven't reserved a seat but your ticket includes an assigned seat, please occupy that seat.

Our buses are air-conditioned, equipped with reading lights, and offer comfortable seats. Additionally, we provide free Wi-Fi. Each passenger also receives free bottled water during the journey. Every seat is equipped with a 220V socket to charge your devices. Note: Some services may temporarily be unavailable when using replacement buses.

Yes, our buses are equipped with toilets, but we kindly ask that you use them only in emergencies and for minor needs to avoid unpleasant odors.

Yes, for example, if you purchased a ticket from Csíkszereda to Marosvásárhely but wish to board at Székelyudvarhely, you can do so. Please notify us of this change in advance by phone.

You can carry one piece of hand luggage and one larger suitcase free of charge. To avoid confusion, please label your bags with your name and contact information. Hand luggage: max size 42 x 30 x 20 cm, max weight 7 kg. Travel luggage: max weight 20 kg.

Yes, additional luggage can be brought for a surcharge of 20 RON.

If your luggage is larger than allowed, please notify us in advance by phone, WhatsApp, or email. The total size of special luggage (height + width + depth) must not exceed 240 cm, and it can weigh up to 30 kg.

You are prohibited from transporting furniture, electrical appliances, surfboards, car parts, large cardboard boxes, and animals (except guide dogs).

KLM Express does not offer courier or parcel transport services. For safety reasons, luggage can only be transported by passengers with a valid ticket.

For safety reasons, pets are not allowed on the buses. The exception is guide dogs, which are permitted. If you have medical documentation indicating the need for an assistant, the dog or assistant can travel with you free of charge.

Yes, wheelchairs and other orthopedic aids can be transported free of charge, but only in the luggage compartment. Please inform us in advance of your specific needs.

KLM Express is committed to safety and has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or violence. If you are a victim or witness to such behavior on the bus, please inform the driver and, if necessary, request a stop at the nearest safe location. Our company fully cooperates with authorities during investigations of incidents.
