General Terms and Conditions

  1. General Provisions

    1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") detail the service agreement between KLM Express srl (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Client").

    2. The service provided by the Service Provider is an airport transfer between the specified departure and destination points, based on the Client's prior booking.

    3. The GTC is considered accepted by the Client upon booking the service.

  2. Ordering the Service and Contract Conclusion

    1. The Client can order the transfer service via the Service Provider's website or by phone. The booking becomes valid upon confirmation by the Service Provider.

    2. The Client is required to provide accurate information during the booking process and verify the details after the booking confirmation.

  3. Service Fulfillment

    1. The Service Provider commits to providing the transfer service at the specified time and location. The vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in proper technical condition.

    2. The Client must be present at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the specified departure time.

  4. Cancellation and Modification

    1. The Client may modify the booking for a fee up to 2 weeks before the planned departure. Beyond this period, the Service Provider is entitled to charge a predetermined cancellation fee.

    2. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the booking (e.g., due to weather conditions or traffic obstacles). The Client will be notified of any changes promptly.

  5. Fees and Payment Terms

    1. The transfer service fee is determined at the time of booking confirmation, and the amount communicated by the Service Provider includes the full service.

    2. The Client may pay in cash, by credit card, or via bank transfer, according to the options provided at the time of booking.

  6. Client Obligations

    1. The Client agrees to comply with the Service Provider’s instructions during the service and not to endanger the safety of the vehicle or other passengers.

    2. The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or its equipment.

  7. Service Provider Liability

    1. The Service Provider's liability is limited to the proper performance of the transfer service. The Service Provider is not responsible for any delays (e.g., traffic jams, accidents).

    2. The Service Provider is not liable for any damage to the Client’s luggage unless the damage is due to the Service Provider's fault.

  8. Complaint Handling

    1. The Client must submit any complaints in writing to the Service Provider via email at office@klmexpress.ro within 7 calendar days following the completion of the service.

    2. The Service Provider must investigate the complaint and respond in writing within 15 calendar days.

  9. Data Management

    1. The Service Provider handles the Client's personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. Details of the data management can be found in the Privacy Policy.

  10. Other Provisions

    1. These GTC take effect upon confirmation of the booking and conclude upon the fulfillment of the service.

    2. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these GTC. The modified terms come into effect upon publication on the Service Provider's website.
